Deleting your profile

Your SlovoBoj profile is your nickname, your avatar and a random player ID. With it, the server keeps your coins, League Points, match results and records of the levels you solved (the privacy policy lists it all). You can delete your profile whenever you like.

In the app

1. Open Settings.
2. At the bottom, under Profile, touch Delete profile.
3. Confirm with Delete.

The profile is deleted at once and can't be restored. While a match you are in is still running, the profile can't be deleted; try again once the match is over.

By e-mail

If you no longer have the app, send a request to slovoboj@tvornica-programa.hr with the subject "Delete my profile" and tell us:

• your nickname and profile picture (a person, an animal or just a letter);
• the language you play in and roughly when you last played;
• if you know it, how many coins or League Points you had.

Nicknames aren't unique, so we may ask something more to be sure the profile is yours. We delete the profile within 30 days of the request and let you know when it's done.

What is deleted

• your nickname, avatar, player ID and access token;
• your coins and every record of them;
• your League Points, statistics and your results in matches, including the words you found and the times;
• the records of the levels you solved.

Matches stay on record for the other players, but without you and your results, for at most 12 months after the match ended. If you play again later, a new profile is created with the starting coins.

What stays

• On your phone: single-player progress, records, statistics and settings. They go when you uninstall the app or in the phone's settings: Apps → SlovoBoj → Storage → Clear data.
• Backups of the database are kept for at most 30 days, so deleted data is gone from them by then.
• Advertising data is collected by Google and deleted under Google's own policies. You can delete or reset your advertising ID in Android's settings (Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads).

Automatic deletion

A profile that hasn't connected to the server for a year is deleted automatically, with everything listed above. A profile with no match and no solved level is deleted after 30 days.
